INGREDIENTS

3          Large avocados

¼ cup  Onion finely chopped

¼ cup  Cilantro chopped

3 oz     Chicote smoked chilies chopped

¼ cup Mexican Queso Fresco or Mexican Cotija Queso for garnish

Salt to taste.

Mix the avocado pulp, the onions, cilantro and salt and mix well. Gently mix the chopped Chicote Smoked Chilies. Serve with tortilla chips and drizzle with Mexican queso fresco o Mexican Cotija queso.
